Caribe Royale Resort Information and Map

  • Complimentary transportation to the Disney theme parks is available to registered guests. Reserve your shuttle at the Concierge Desk in the Reception Building (Open 7 days a week, 8:00AM – 4:00PM). A boarding ticket is needed to board shuttle. Must be reserved at least 1 hour prior to departure. Disney’s Wide World of Sports is not included on the transportation route.
  • Our resort pool is open from 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM daily (weather permitting). For the comfort and safety of all our guests, personal coolers and food are not permitted on the pool deck. Please visit Calypso Bar at the Cari be Roya le for a great selection of food and beverage offerings located poolside.
  • Pool deck is specifically designated for rest and relaxation. No running, jumping, or loud music is permitted. We do supply towels out at the pool so there is no need to bring towels from your guest room. Towels supplied out at the pool should not be removed from the pool deck. Towels must be returned by the end of the day to the pool deck. No lifeguards on duty at our pool, hotel policy is that groups with students must always have adult supervision while in the pool area.
  • We are happy to provide access to our Fitness center during your stay with us. We do require that any guest using the Fitness center is to be properly attired with tennis shoes and anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Quiet times are 10:00pm until 5:00am, no running in the hallways, no loud music playing in the suites. Please be mindful of other guests. Noise complaints caused by group after quiet time will not be tolerated.
  • Tailgating on hotel property, kicking of sports balls or other games in hallways, lobbies, pool deck, and public areas is prohibited. Group should keep voices low while in hotel’s hallways, corridors, and stairwells.
  • Caribe Royale associates may not issue keys to anyone other than those listed in the room. To receive a key, the person whose name is on the room reservation need to be present with their photo ID.
  • We kindly ask that you refrain from decorating guest room doors and walls to prevent any damage.
  • A $500.00 fee will be paid to the hotel for any damage to the guest suites at the Caribe Royale Orlando & Buena Vista Suites.
  • A $500.00 fine will be paid to the hotel for any tempering with fire extinguisher, alarm device or sprinkle head.
